“In Finishing, we take the parted decks and hulls, and use a series of sanding and polishing to correct the blemishes in the gelcoat finish. Finishers are artisans, who use a discerning eye and a skilled touch to carefully perfect the gelcoat. We want the customer to be thrilled with the gelcoat finish of their boat – it’s the first thing you see when you look at a Boston Whaler. To be a Finisher, you need to be a quick learner with great attention to detail. It’s a hot and dusty environment in Finishing, but it is great to work alongside such talented teammates.“ - Kerry
